Monaleen Juvenile GAA Club

In a series of high energy games, all matches were very evenly contested by two closely matched teams. One game was drawn, and each of the other three decided by only one goal. All games were played in very good spirit. Jack Considine was in fine shooting form, scoring 3 goals, while Donncha O Dalaigh buried his effort from the penalty spot. Mark Harty and Charles Kiljur both also played very well in blocking the Murroe-Boher attacks. Every boy on the pitch played with skill and determination that warmed the hearts of the freezing spectators. Thanks to Alan Barry and his Murroe team for an enjoyable encounter, and we look forward to playing them again.
