To register, you can download the registration form by clicking one of the following :

Fill it in, and return with membership fee to the club.

You can also pick up a copy of the form at the club shop during the shop's opening hours (Fridays & Mondays 6:30-7:30).

The form can be returned to your group's coach, or at the club shop.

If a player has any medical conditions which the club should know about, you should also fill out and return this section.

The registration fees are €50 for 1 player, €80 for 2 players, €100 for 3 or more players.
